I’m based in Shrewsbury, but you don’t need to live anywhere near me. My Animal Communication sessions are by Zoom or telephone, and my Pet Bereavement Counselling is by Zoom or telephone, so I work with animals and their guardians from Cornwall to Caithness. Wherever you’re reading this, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
The pages below explain how my online services are available in different parts of the UK. Each one is written for a different question, so if you’re somewhere that isn’t listed, you haven’t been left out: the sessions, and the fees, are exactly the same.
How it works at a distance
Two services, both from your own home.
Neither of my main services needs you, or your animal, to be in the room with me. That isn’t a compromise; it’s how the work is done.
Animal Communication
An hour by Zoom or telephone, from a photograph.
You send me a clear photograph of your animal and two questions. We meet by Zoom or telephone for an hour, I tell you what I receive from your animal, living or in spirit, and you keep a recording. Your animal doesn’t need to be with you.

About Animal CommunicationPet Bereavement Counselling
A free call, then an hour at a time.
Counselling is for you, after the loss of an animal or in the weeks before one. It starts with a free twenty-minute telephone call, then one-hour sessions by Zoom or telephone, as often as you want them.

My Canine Retreats and classes take place in the Shropshire countryside, and you’re welcome to ask about the next confirmed date. They’re the one part of my work that isn’t online, and they’re a lovely reason to visit.
Questions
About distance.
Do I need to live near Shrewsbury?
No. Both of my main services are online, so where you live makes no difference to the session or the fee.
Is it more expensive if I’m further away?
No. There’s no travel involved, so the fees are the same wherever you are in the UK.
Do you travel to clients?
Not for sessions, which are all by Zoom or telephone. My in-person work is the Canine Retreats and classes in Shropshire.
My town isn’t listed. Can I still book?
Yes, of course. The listed places are examples; my online services are available throughout the UK.
