London · two services, online
Two kinds of help, both from wherever you are.
I’m Dawn, an Animal Empath and qualified Pet Bereavement Counsellor based in Shrewsbury. If you’re in London, you can access two separate services: Animal Communication, for your animal, and Pet Bereavement Counselling, for you. Both are online, and neither requires a train to Shropshire.
Animal Communication
An hour by Zoom or telephone, a photograph, two questions.
I listen to your animal, living or in spirit, and tell you what I receive. In a city where animals spend long stretches alone, share small spaces, and ride in lifts and on tubes, there is usually plenty they want to say. You don’t need your animal with you; a clear photograph is what I work from. The session is £95 and includes a recording.

Pet Bereavement Counselling
A free call first, then an hour at a time.
When an animal dies, London can be a particularly lonely place to grieve: the pace doesn’t slow for you, and not everyone understands. Counselling with me begins with a free twenty-minute telephone call, then a first one-hour session (£80) and continuing sessions (£65) by Zoom or telephone, from your own flat, with the door shut. Telephone is a popular choice for people who’d rather not be on camera after a long day.
Separate, on purpose
You won’t be steered from one to the other.
A communication is about what your animal wants you to know. Counselling is about how you carry on. Some guardians want one; a few want both, often months apart. Nobody needs both, and I’ll never suggest the second because you came for the first. If you’re unsure, tell me what’s going on and I’ll say honestly which fits.
Fitting it in
Sessions around a London week.
Anywhere you can talk for an hour: home, a quiet room at work, a parked car. Zoom or telephone for counselling; Zoom or telephone for a communication.
I’ll tell you honestly what I have free. I don’t promise same-day or evening availability on this page, because it changes; ask and I’ll say.
For a communication: the photograph and two questions. For counselling: nothing at all.
Fees
The same fees as everywhere else.
No London weighting, no travel, no surprises.
Questions
From guardians in London.
I live in a flat with a reactive dog. Can a communication help?
A communication is my intuitive practice, not a way to diagnose or resolve reactivity. Please seek help from your vet or a qualified behaviourist for behaviour concerns.
Can bereavement counselling be entirely by telephone?
Yes. Some people never use Zoom or telephone, and that’s fine.
Can I book a communication for an animal who died years ago?
Yes. Time isn’t a barrier.
Do you offer sessions in person in London?
No. All my sessions are online. My in-person work is the Canine Retreats and classes in Shropshire.
How do I know which service I need?
If the need is “I want to hear from them”, it’s a communication. If it’s “I can’t get through the day”, it’s counselling. If you’re not sure, say so; I’ll help you decide.
